Q: What is a virtual meet & greet?

On VidCall, you have the chance to meet your favorite creator from anywhere, using your phone or computer! The virtual meet & greet sessions are a video call between you and the creator. Just visit your chat room 5 minutes before your scheduled start time. Once your call starts, you can talk to the creator and hang out! The call ends once the duration you purchased expires. You will get a downloadable recording of your session. If you added merch to your order, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Q: Why do I have to pay for this?

Creators spend a lot of their time making your favorite content, and to continue to do that they rely on support from viewers like you! The earnings from VidCall meet and greets go directly to support their channels and creativity, so they can continue to entertain you.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

You can use all major debit and credit cards, and your information is always processed with the highest level of security.

Q: What do I need to use VidCall?

It’s simple - you can use your own phone or computer. Just make sure your device has:

  • A front-facing camera or webcam
  • Microphone and speakers
  • A good internet connection, preferably Wi-Fi
  • An up-to-date web browser, with camera and microphone permission
    • on iPhone or iPad, use Safari

2. Refunds and Issues

Q: Can I cancel my order?

You can receive a refund for your call if you changed your mind or can't make it on time. There may be some time restrictions on this policy imposed by the creator, to be sure, please contact VidCall Support via email at or you can use Live Chat.

Q: The creator didn't show up!

In rare cases, the creator may not be able to attend their virtual meet and greet event. In this case, you will be refunded automatically. If for some reason an automatic refund isn't given, please contact VidCall Support via email at or you can use Live Chat.

Q: I had an audio/video issue!

In rare cases, your audio or video may not work correctly. If for some reason you couldn't hear or see the creator OR the creator couldn't hear or see you, we will review the archived footage from your call and issue a refund. 3. Timezone and Punctuality

Q: In which timezone are the availability times shown?

Our platform uses automatic timezone synchronization. The availability time you see on the creators page is in your own local timezone.

Q: How early should I arrive to the meet and greet?

We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled meet and greet start time.

Q: Will the creator be exactly on time?

We advise all creators to be punctual with their meet and greet schedule. In certain cases, they may be a tad late due to technical or scheduling issues. Don't worry, just keep waiting for a few minutes and they should show up. If not, you can always use the live support in the chat room to get an update on the creators status from our support team.

4. Merch Shipping

Q: How long does the merch take to arrive?

If you selected and purchased add-on merch with your meet and greet, it should arrive withing 3-5 business days. If it is a custom item such as a signed piece of merch, expect up to 10 days for your shipment to arrive.

Q: Can I return the merch?

Of course you can! Just contact VidCall Support via email at or you can use Live Chat. *Note: There may be some restrictions imposed by the creator on custom merch pieces such as signed items.

Q: Can I cancel my merch order but still do the video call?

Yes, you can cancel your merch order any time before it is shipped. Just contact VidCall Support via email at or you can use Live Chat. You'll get a full refund for your merch.
