VidCall for Android V1.6 now Available

Get our latest update to the VidCall Android App here. This is our most important update yet, where we added the ability to share VidCall videos via SMS. Since partnering with Koozzoo, the number of VidCall video uploads has steadily increased and we realized that there's a need to distribute these videos to more people. We made this version faster - Call Vid Channel, Categories, Featured, All Vids and the Search function. We also added Share to Twitter and Facebook for our Recommend App page. Using your Android Phone, click on this link to go to our Android Storefront.

We've updated our Android version of the VidCall app to make it more user-friendly. For example, we removed the Splash Page so you don't have to wait anymore before the keypad comes up and added our logo to the keypad screen instead. We also made a few changes to the underlying code to make things faster and the videos quicker to load. Download our app at our Android Market store (click here if you are using your Android phone's web browser).

We updated our App with a few enhancements to the User Interface - improved Radar results, show all Broadcaster Vids from the Information Page, updated iTunes link, etc. We also changed the scrolling page for our Help section to make it more user-intuitive, as well as adding the Preference Settings to the More Menu. Now you can set your default location whenever doing a Search - making it easier to find local businesses in your preferred area. Check out our Featured Vids to get you started.

VidCall Pty Ltd would like to announce that the Android version of the VidCall App is soon to be released. Currently, the app is only available to iPhones and the iPad, but as more and more people are using the app’s versatile video broadcasting and Search capabilities, the need to port into the Android platform has become a necessity.
