Account Limits
As your account approaches its data delivery or storage limits for your monthly billing period, you will be contacted by email with an offer to upgrade.
Plan Upgrade & Downgrade LimitsYou may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades will take effect in the next billing period. Upgrades are effective immediately.
TerminationYour account can be terminated by you at any time with termination effective at the end of the next billing period. For cancellations, please send an email to support@vidcall.com with Subject: Termination. When your plan reaches its monthly data delivery limit, video/audio will cease to be delivered for the month if you choose not to upgrade your plan.
